Shimano Iberia S.L. announces new Country Manager

Shimano Iberia S.L announces the hiring of Bruno Prieto as Country Manager of its subsidiary in Iberia.

Bruno Prieto studied Industrial at the University of Oviedo. He has developed his professional career in the sports distribution sector with more than 18 years experience in the bicycle sector. Highlights include Campagnolo Ibérica and 10 years as General Manager of Sport Lifestyle (MMR and Cube).

He is well-known in racing circles through winning World Cyclocross Championship in the Masters 30+ category in 2015.

Distribution in the fishing segment began for Shimano Iberia on July 1 2020. The start of distribution for the cycling market is scheduled for January 1, 2021.
